What is Cloud Mining ?
The first form of remote mining is remote hosting. In this model, users must have a high level of mining experience, technical knowledge and a high degree of control over mining equipment. Under this model, mining hardware is housed in a data center that can be accessed remotely, and the user is expected to install and adjust the mining hardware itself. In this model, the user (miner) pays the data center (hosting company) an amount that covers maintenance and electricity charges. This helps miners to take control of the risks associated with maintenance as well as the risks that may arise during shipment. However, this situation requires the miner to make an initial investment by taking risks for the hardware. Also, the miner needs a lot of technical knowledge and time to successfully check his hardware.
