How does a Gyroscope work ?
A Gyroscope is a wheel or mass that can rotate everywhere, although its center of mass is fixed. Consisting of a rotating wheel or cylinder, axis and robot, the gyroscope has two degrees of freedom. Gyroscope, which can rotate in both vertical and horizontal axes, is a fixed mechanism. Although the center of gravity is fixed, it can rotate in any direction.
What is the working principle of the Gyroscope ?
The gyroscope, which allows to preserve and measure the orientation, moves on its own and is supported on a certain axis. The rotating rotor or wheel is mounted on a rotating support that allows it to rotate in a single axis called a gimbal. As long as the gyroscope rotates the rotor, the same direction will be marked.
