What does Acropolis mean in history ?
Although it is inaccessible or very high, it is a term used in ancient times for the hill, which can be defended very easily. In the beginning, the words police and acropolis gave the same meaning. The Acropolis was a hilltop overlooking the city, a precious piece of land with arable land, a shelter, and the first place where kings were sitting, with kings at the head of the hellenic communities.
