What is Oligarchy in Administrative Sciences ?
The government, in which the political power is gathered in the hands of a group of several people, is called Oligarchy. Few and a limited number of people take control of a country or organization and establish control over it. The real power is the mode of administration in which several people, a group, several families or a class are in the hands. The administrations, which have a negative meaning, are restricted in social and political rights, and the public power is used unfairly in favor of a certain minority and are oligarchic administrations.
