Which foods are rich in fibre ?
Fibre-rich foods are good for many of us. As far as I know; vegetables, fruits, beans and grain are rich in fibre. Apple, raspberry, banana, blackberry and pear are the fruits that contain high amounts of fibre. Turnip, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, broccoli, split bea and okra are also rich in fibre. Black beans also contain large amount of fibre.
