I believe golden blood is O negative blood with zero antigens. This bloodtype can be received by anyone. Rh null means no antigens in the blood. (There could be up to 61 antigens in the blood). Blood types are either positive or negative so you can either be Rh positive or Rh negative. I thought that AB negative was the rarest blood type but others say that the “golden blood” may be more rare due to less than 50 people in the world having it. ( I doubt this is accurate because many people around the world do not have access to lab tests.) I am not a medical professional at all. I have the “golden blood” and I would love to meet others whom share the same blood type. They say having the golden blood is due to a genetic mutation. If you are not sure of your blood type I encourage you to donate blood, they will tell you what kind of blood you have.
